{"id":787,"date":"2012-02-26T10:51:24","date_gmt":"2012-02-26T14:51:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/susieonastick.com\/?p=787"},"modified":"2012-02-26T11:05:00","modified_gmt":"2012-02-26T15:05:00","slug":"washington-d-c","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/susieonastick.com\/?p=787","title":{"rendered":"Washington D.C."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>If you are a regular follower of Susie on a Stick, you&#8217;re already familiar with my BFBF*\u00a0<a title=\"Somewhere in a London Pub\u2026\" href=\"http:\/\/susieonastick.com\/?p=440\">Elizabeth<\/a>, who willingly and happily takes Susie on a Stick to lots of fun places. \u00a0Last weekend, Elizabeth and the little boy who lives with her visited our nation&#8217;s capital for a weekend road trip &#8211; and you can just <em>guess<\/em> who went along!<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->Alright &#8211; so she didn&#8217;t snag any photos of SOAS at your typical DC destinations&#8230; but don&#8217;t we all have plenty of them. \u00a0What with all the visiting, fabric shopping, lugging around bags and occupying a small boy, I&#8217;m amazed she had time to snap these shots! \u00a0Here&#8217;s Susie at the National Gallery of Art, accompanying Elizabeth and her friends Sara and Pete for lunch at The Diner, and enjoying a killer margarita at\u00a0Oyamel.
